🎓 Admission Requirements

Eligibility:

• Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.

• Minimum 2 years of undergraduate study (10 full courses / 20 half courses).

• Minimum cumulative GPA 3.0 on the OMSAS 4.0 scale.

• No specific courses or background required.

• Work/volunteer experience is not mandatory.

Details:

• Applicants must have completed at least 2 years of undergraduate work by June 30, 2026.

• Interim transcripts are required for current 2nd-year students.

• GPA: Calculated on all completed undergraduate study. Higher GPA improves chances due to competition.

• Courses with small group, self-directed, or inquiry-based learning are excellent prep but not required.

Transcripts:

• Only courses from accredited universities count.

• Official transcripts must show enrollment in at least 10 full courses / 20 half courses.

• Deadline: Transcripts must be submitted by February 1, 2026.

📝 Application Process

1. OUAC Application (including fees)
   • Deadline: January 15, 2026
   • Fees: $156 + $94 + transcript fees (if applicable)

2. Supplementary Application
   • Access emailed to qualified applicants by February 20, 2026
   • Completion deadline: February 26, 2026, 12:00 PM ET
   • Includes written and video responses
   • Must be completed independently (no AI tools)
   • Fee: $140 (required even if not completed)

3. Computer Requirements:
   • Internet, webcam, microphone
   • Tablets or mobile devices cannot be used

📋 Post-Acceptance Requirements

• Deposit: $17,000 (non-refundable; applied to tuition)

• Medical info including immunizations

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider certification

• Police Records Check including Vulnerable Sector Check

• All documents must be submitted annually at applicant expense

🌎 International/Non-Canadian Applicants

• Non-Canadian or non-US transcripts must be evaluated by World Education Services (WES)

• Required WES evaluation: ICAP Course-by-Course with overall GPA

• Deadline: February 1, 2026

• Only transcripts meeting minimum Canadian/US course number requirements may skip WES
