• They verify academic eligibility before moving you to the next stage.

2. Invitation to Supplementary Assessment

• If you meet initial academic requirements, you’ll receive an email invitation for a supplementary non-academic assessment.

• The email includes:
  • Link to the assessment portal
  • Instructions for recording and uploading responses
  • Submission deadline (strictly enforced)

3. Complete Written & Video Assessments

Assesses non-academic attributes like:

• Empathy & communication

• Ethical reasoning & professionalism

• Problem-solving & judgment

• Teamwork & leadership

• Commitment to healthcare & community service

Components:

• Written: Short responses to scenario-based or reflective questions

• Video: 1–2 minute on-camera responses to questions

Tips for Success:

• Find a quiet, well-lit space

• Dress professionally

• Speak clearly and concisely

• Reflect on real experiences demonstrating empathy, collaboration, or resilience

4. Supplementary Application Review

• Admissions committee reviews your submissions.

• Only strong performers move to the interview stage.

5. Interview Invitation

• Shortlisted applicants receive an MMI (Multiple Mini Interview) invitation via email.

• For Fall 2025: invitations expected January 2025, interviews in mid-February 2025.

6. Pay Interview Fee

• Fee is approximately $75 to confirm your interview.

• Waived if you received an application fee waiver.

7. Prepare for the MMIs

Structure: 6–10 short, timed stations assessing specific qualities.

• Ethical or situational scenarios

• Motivation for becoming a PA

• Demonstrating teamwork, empathy, problem-solving

• Reflecting on healthcare, volunteer, or academic experiences

8. After the Interview

• Final admission decisions are based on:
  • Academic record
  • Supplementary assessment
  • MMI performance

• Offers typically released a few weeks post-interview.
